Ghost Mobile Kitchen operates a food truck booking platform that connects event planners and customers with professional chefs and a fully-equipped mobile kitchen. Our services include:
We facilitate connections between chefs and clients but are not responsible for the quality of food, service, or conduct of individual chefs.
To request a booking, you must submit your event details through our online form, including date, location, event type, and estimated guest count. Your booking request is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email.
After submitting a booking request, our team will review your inquiry and contact you within 24 hours to discuss availability, pricing, and confirm the booking. A booking deposit or advance payment may be required.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event are subject to a small administrative fee (if applicable). Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event forfeit 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event forfeit the entire booking cost. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, contact us directly.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 21 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to chef and truck availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Mobile Kitchen and its owners, operators, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking or service in question.
We strive to work with professional, reliable chefs who maintain high standards of conduct and food safety. However, chefs and service providers are independent contractors and not employees of Ghost Mobile Kitchen.
